G70 Shooting Brake. Dynamic meets practicality.

The Genesis G70 Shooting Brake adds an element of practicality to the exterior of the new G70 sedan. It offers increased trunk space whilst boasting a sleek and elegant coupe design at the same time.

FRONT DESIGN Inheriting its design from the new G70 sedan, the G70 Shooting Brake’s signature Crest Grille, set lower than the Quad Lamps which spread outward, evokes a sprinter’s pre-race posture and highlights the model’s athletic design.

QUAD LAMPS The Quad Lamps, represent the epitome of Genesis’ sophisticated design and they extend to the surface of the hatch, to create a unique impression.

GLASS HATCH​ The combination of a single-piece glass hatch and an integrated spoiler creates a unique impression and also maximises the space for easy trunk access.​

Side Profile​ When viewed from the side, the combination of the single-piece glass hatch that extends to the rear and the “floating type” integrated spoiler creates a unique impression and signals the Genesis G70 Shooting Brakes’ athletic intent.

G70 Design. Dynamic elegance.

The G70 has been reborn as a highly dynamic sports sedan by applying the design philosophy of Genesis' “ATHLETIC ELEGANCE”. The G70 is a luxury sports sedan with an exterior design that emphasizes the most dynamic character of the Genesis lineup and an interior space that focuses on the driver's pleasure.

Exterior Design.

From the radiator grill that determines the first impression to the sophisticated details of the interior, the G70's intense driving performance is also expressed in the design, adding a sharp-edge of elegance.

The intense charisma of the G70 is also expressed in the exterior design. Emphasised by applying dark chrome DLO moulding, radiator grill surround moulding, and dark tinted chrome mesh. 19-inch sports-specific design wheels with a two-row Genesis concept and Brembo brakes with Genesis lettering are applied to complete the G70's unique image.

FRONT DESIGN The 'crest grille' inspired by the Genesis wing logo and two rows of 'quad lamps' resembling the wing shape are applied to express the unique character of the G70. In addition, the height of the crest grill was configured lower than that of the quad lamps to express a dynamic character that seemed to jump out at any moment.

BACK DESIGN The brand identity was emphasised by applying the brand name “GENESIS” text on the quad lamps shaped like the wings of the Genesis emblem and the simple body colour area. Functional elements and sensors are placed at the bottom to form a clean upper part and a technical lower part.

SIDE DESIGN Based on the excellent FR (Front engine Rear wheel drive) architecture, the perfect rear-wheel drive ratio of long hood, short overhang and low roof is expressed. By applying side fender vents with improved aerodynamic CD (Coefficient Drag), the image of a high-end sports sedan that is slim, clean and dynamic is expressed.​

CREST GRILL A crest grill inspired by the Genesis wing logo and quad lamps with wings spread out to the left and right as a motif were applied. The unique, low grille, adds to G70's athletic nature.​

GENESIS EMBLEM The brand emblem embodies the very delicate attitude of caring for customers that Genesis pursues. An elaborate Guilloché pattern is applied to the flat surface with reduced thickness.​

REAR DIFFUSER & DUAL MUFFLER The G70's powerful performance is expressed through a body-colored rear diffuser and an elliptical dual muffler that emphasizes the powertrain.

Interior Design.

DRIVER-FOCUSSED INTERIOR LAYOUT The driver's seat of the G70 boasts a thoroughly driver-oriented and intuitive configuration. From the moment you sit in the driver's seat, you experience total control.

GENESIS INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM (10.25 INCH) The 10.25-inch wide display provides a wide field of view and supports over-the-air update (OTA), valet mode to provide a wide range of experience.

NAPPA LEATHER SEATS, ALUMINUM DETAILS Seats finished with a unique red colour, premium quilting sewing pattern, and red stitch deliver a thrill just by sitting on them. The sophisticated dark stripe pattern of aluminium applied to the garnish and the luxury of the metal pedal that touches the tip of the foot further enhance the impression.
